Sadly my expirience has been anything but enjoyable with reagards playing Dead Space with this controller.

I had planned eventually getting a console controller once it became desirable or necessary, and settled on getting the Xbox One controller for X-Mas 2014. However, I felt I wanted to play this game with a controller for some reason.

Searching this particular fourm I was able to get the game playable on my hardware after encountering mouse sensitivity issues, and the infamous gamebreaking bug at the beginning of the game. So far I am glad I did not pay for it, I can't stress enough how bad of console port this is. Hence, it is recommended to update your Graphic Driver to fix the ‘building shader’ issue in Dead Space Remake.Sometime last year, I downloaded Dead Space from Origin free of charge as part of their 'On The House' promotion. There is a chance that you are having an outdated graphic driver that is causing this error. This should fix the issue where the screen gets stuck on the ‘building shaders’ screen.Further, click on the 3 dots and select Repair.Head over to the My Collection Menu on EA App.Click on Manage > Verify Files to repair the Dead Space Remake shaders building issue.After that, click on the 3 dots next to the title.Head over to your Epic Games Library and navigate to Dead Space Remake.From there, navigate and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files to repair the game.

Now, click on Properties > Local Files tab.

Head over to the Steam Library and right-click on Dead Space Remake.

Here’s how you can repair this game on Steam, Epic Games, and EA App. In such a condition, it is better to repair the game instead of reinstalling it. Repair the Gameįurther, there’s a decent chance that any of your game files are corrupted. There’s a chance that your device doesn’t meet the minimum requirements and hence it is taking forever for Dead Space Remake to build shaders. Above mentioned are the minimum requirements to run this game.
